Each ticket is for one session, and the seats are not numbered. You cannot enter once the film has started, and tickets are sold until five minutes before. In high season, at weekends and on holidays it is better to book ahead, because the hall is limited.
Headphones at the entrance let you choose Spanish, Valencian or English. French and Italian are available for some films. Ask when you choose your session.
It is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 4 and people with vertigo, hearing or heart problems or a pacemaker. The hall is kept at 19 to 21 degrees, and if you feel unwell you can close your eyes. Filming is not allowed.
